Held at the Tokyo International Trade Fairgrounds (Colloquially called the "Harumi Fairgrounds"), from May 19 to May 22, 1964, located at Harumi (Harumi Island), Chuo, Tokyo. The Harumi Fairgrounds was in operation from 1959 until March 31, 1996, when it was replaced by the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition center ("Tokyo Big Sight") and is the largest convention center in Japan.
